A classic Sears and Roebuck beach cruiser. Because there is no known way to confirm its actual age, our best guess places it between 1958 and 1960. This classic bike has been totally refurbished, even the bearings have been re-packed. New 26 inch white wall tires and new tubes. Original 26 inch chrome wheels and factory chrome fenders. The new comfortable black seat has impressive chrome hardware. The paint and graphics are original and with the fresh waxing shows surprisingly good appearance. Because Sears did not produce their own bicycles, this one was manufactured in the USA by Murray Bicycles. This is the rare and popular pre-"Spaceliner" model that houses a twin battery operated headlight that still works very well. Equipped with American made coaster brakes, this one is a true collectors item. Mount it for display, or ride it on a special occasion.
