1973 Schwinn "Varsity" men's 10 speed bicycle. Just refurbished, tuned up and ready to ride. This classic bike was manufactured at Schwinn's famous Chicago, Illinois (USA) plant in October of 1973—serial number, KJ-++++++. The "Kool Lemon" colored 22 inch frame has the factory weld-on rattle-proof kickstand and forged steel forks. Front and rear operated hand brakes with Schwinn Approved safety levers. The chrome 27 inch wheels are mounted with a new pair of black wall tires with durable thorn-resistant tubes. Shift the 10 speed gears via the twin, stem-mounted chrome shifters. Derailleur's are quality "Schwinn Approved." Original black Schwinn seat and new black handlebar tape. Schwinn's of today are manufactured in China.
