1975 Schwinn "Suburban" women's 5 speed bicycle. This black colored bike has just been refurbished, tuned up and ready to ride. Built at the famous Chicago, IL. (USA) plant in September 1975, serial # JL-+++++++. Schwinn chrome 27 inch steel wheels mounted with a pair of new gum-wall tires. Factory weld-on kickstand, full-sized pin-striped steel fenders with hand brakes front and rear. Easy to ride, with the factory up-right tourist-style handlebars and comfortable black seat. Even has the factory Schwinn grips. The 5 speed rear derailleur is all Schwinn. The steel Schwinn shifter is mounted on the handlebar neck. Perfect for commuting, running simple errands anywhere in town or just having some fun. Schwinn's of today are manufactured in China. Sorry no shipping, local pick up and purchase only.
