1978 Schwinn "Le Tour III" 10 speed road bike. Just refurbished, tuned up and ready to ride. Light-weight 19 inch lugged frame and a strong 3 piece alloy crank set. Original Schwinn ("pearl blue") paint and graphics. Araya 27 inch steel wheels are mounted with new black wall tires. Quick-release alloy hubs front and rear. Front and rear hand operated brakes with convenient alloy safety levers. Brakes are alloy center-pull manufactured by Dia-Compe. Chrome tipped tubular forks. Dropped alloy handlebars and neck, bars are wrapped in black tape. Shift the front and rear Shimano derailleur's with the twin neck mounted alloy shifters. This classic Schwinn was sold new at "Schwinn Cycle's and Keys" in Lomita, Calif. Save your gas money and run your easy errands on this great Schwinn bicycle!
