woman's Schwinn "Collegiate"
5 speed bicycle. This
impressive "Kool Yellow" bike has all the factory Schwinn parts and was built
in their famous Chicago, IL. (USA) plant in December 1973, serial # MJ-+++++++.
Then it was sold new at "Simi Schwinn Cyclery" in Simi Valley, CA.
Just refurbished from the ground up. This 36 year old bicycle has chrome Schwinn wheels mounted with
near-new 26 inch (S-6) black wall tires. A factory weld-on kickstand and full-sized
chrome fenders help make this classic just that much better. Hand brakes front and rear. Shift
through the 5 speeds using the
neck mounted shifter. Even has the original Schwinn (approved) seat and grips. This
American classic is ready for your next
fun ride to any destination. An excellent investment or keeper bicycle. Schwinn's of today are manufactured in China.
