A strong 23 inch lugged steel frame with a sturdy 3 piece steel crank. Center-pull Dia-Compe alloy brakes front and rear. Front and rear hand operated brakes with convenient safety levers. Dropped steel road bike (KB Champion) handlebars are freshly wrapped in new black bar tape. Shift the Suntour derailleur's with the twin alloy neck-mounted shifters. New black road bike seat.
