1981 woman's Murray "Monterey" beach
cruiser. Manufactured in Lawrenceburg, TN. (USA) in May of 1981. Just
refurbished, tuned up and ready to ride. Nearly 100 percent original, with
the factory painted (and pin striped) steel double-braced fenders. All of
the factory graphics and decals too. Very few of these bikes still have
their original finders still in place. Wide 26 inch chrome steel wheels mounted with
the original white wall tires! The Carlisle "Lighting Dart" white wall tires
are surprisingly in very nice condition. Like the bicycle, these tires were
manufactured in the USA—Carlisle, PA. Comfortable black Mesinger American
made double-springed cruiser seat. Reliable coaster brakes stop the bike quickly. Murray
bicycles are long gone, out of business, cruisers of today are made in
China!
